CMOS Dual 4-Stage Static Shift Register, featuring two independent 4-stage shift registers. Operates with a supply voltage range of 3V to 18V, with a typical operating voltage of 15V. Offers unidirectional data transfer with a propagation delay of 120ns and turn-on delay time of 400ns. Packaged in a 16-SOIC surface mount configuration with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -55°C and 125°C. This lead-free, RoHS compliant component is constructed using CMOS technology.
