This surface mount component features two independent 4-bit shift register circuits, each with one input and four outputs. Operating within a 3V to 18V supply voltage range, it offers a propagation delay of 120ns and a turn-on delay time of 400ns. The device is housed in a 16-TSSOP package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation from -55°C to 125°C. It is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
