Operates with a supply voltage range of 3V to 18V and a minimum input voltage of 3V. Offers a high level output current of -3.33mA and a low level output current of 4.2mA. Includes latch and decoder logic functions with a propagation delay of 400ns. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (PDSO16) with a non-inverting polarity.
