
Dual negative-edge-triggered J-K flip-flops with reset, operating at up to 60MHz. This CMOS logic IC features two independent flip-flop elements, each with a single-ended input and one output. Designed for through-hole mounting in a 14-pin DIP package with gold contact plating, it offers a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C and supports supply voltages from 2V to 6V. Propagation delay is 170ns, with a turn-on delay time of 14ns.
