Operates with a supply voltage range of 2.375V to 3.6V and a maximum input frequency of 2000 MHz. Housed in a 28-pin VQFN EP package with exposed pad, measuring 5.15mm x 5.15mm x 0.95mm. Suitable for operation within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
