High-performance operational amplifier featuring a current-feedback architecture. This single-function IC offers a nominal slew rate of 1200 V/µs and a minimum slew rate of 800 V/µs. With a maximum input offset voltage of 6000 µV and an average bias current maximum of 30 µA, it operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. The hermetically sealed, 8-terminal CERDIP package is designed for military temperature grades and includes frequency compensation for closed-loop gains greater than or equal to 7.
