Dual 14-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring ultra-low glitch and low power consumption. Offers a 10MS/s sampling rate and a 7µs settling time, with integral nonlinearity of 3LSB and differential nonlinearity of 0.5LSB. Operates from a single supply voltage between 2.7V and 5.5V, with an integrated 2.5V, 4ppm/°C voltage reference. Interface is SPI, and the component is housed in a 10-WSON package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation from -40°C to 125°C.
