Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, it consumes a nominal 650µA and has a maximum power dissipation of 3mW. Packaged in a 16-TSSOP with gold contact plating, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
