This low-power DAC offers 12LSB integral nonlinearity and 1LSB differential nonlinearity, with an 8µs settling time. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it consumes a nominal 530µA and includes an integrated 2.5V, 2ppm/°C reference. Packaged in an 8-VSSOP with gold contact plating, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for applications operating between -40°C and 105°C.
