16-bit, single-channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a serial SPI interface and a 0.5µs settling time. This multiplying DAC offers 1LSB integral and differential nonlinearity, operating with a unipolar output. It supports a 2MS/s conversion rate and a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, with a low nominal supply current of 3µA. Packaged in an 8-VSSOP with gold contact plating, this lead-free and RoHS-compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
