Features a 1MS/s conversion rate, 92dB Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), and 1µs settling time. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply with a nominal supply current of 5µA. Packaged in an 8-SOIC with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C. SPI interface compatible and RoHS compliant.
