Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply with ultra-low power consumption of 5µA nominal supply current. Supports SPI interface and offers bipolar or unipolar output polarity. Packaged in a 14-SOIC with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
