Features 1LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL), with a full-scale error of 7LSB. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, consuming a nominal 5µA. Supports SPI interface and offers bipolar/unipolar output polarity. Packaged in a VQFN with tin, gold, matte contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
