Achieves 1LSB differential nonlinearity, 4LSB integral nonlinearity, and 7LSB full-scale error. Operates with a single supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V and consumes a nominal supply current of 5µA. Interface is SPI, with a settling time of 1µs and a signal-to-noise ratio of 92dB. Packaged in a 14-VQFN with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
