18-bit, single-channel voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring 2LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 1LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). This IC offers a 5µs settling time and operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply range. The device supports SPI interface and is housed in a 24-VQFN package with gold contact plating. Designed for high accuracy applications, it functions across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
