Features a single channel with one driver and one receiver, housed in a surface-mount 8-SOIC package (4.9mm L x 3.9mm W x 1.45mm H). Operates with a supply voltage of 5V (4.75V to 5.25V) and has a maximum supply current of 60mA. Designed for operation between 0°C and 70°C, with receiver hysteresis of 70mV.
