Automotive-grade operational amplifier designed for current sensing applications. Features a 350kHz unity gain bandwidth and a 2V/µs slew rate, operating from a 5V nominal supply voltage up to a 6V maximum. This 5-terminal, voltage-feedback amplifier offers a low input offset voltage of 500µV maximum and a 100dB common-mode reject ratio. Housed in a compact 1.6mm x 2.9mm SOT-23 package, it operates reliably across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
