Operates with dual supply voltages from ±1.35V to ±18V, or single supply from 2.7V to 36V. Input bias current is 50nA with 500µV input offset voltage and 35nV/√Hz input voltage noise density. Provides 10mA output current per channel and a slew rate of 0.4V/µs. Packaged in a 16-pin SSOP and supplied on tape and reel.
