Ultra-precise current sense operational amplifier with a 1.1MHz bandwidth, designed for 2.7V to 120V operation. Features a low input offset voltage of 15µV maximum and a maximum bias current of 30nA. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a high common-mode rejection ratio of 160dB and a slew rate of 2V/µs. Packaged in a compact 5-pin SC-70 (R-PDSO-G5) with dimensions of 1.25mm width and 2mm length, operating across an automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Supply voltage ranges up to 22V with a maximum supply current of 0.6mA.
