
Quad JFET input operational amplifier featuring a 4MHz gain bandwidth product and 13V/µs slew rate. This surface mount device offers a 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 70dB power supply rejection ratio. Operating from a dual supply voltage range of 4V to 18V, it provides a 100dB voltage gain with a low input bias current of 50pA. The amplifier is housed in a 14-SOIC package and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
