
2-channel JFET input operational amplifier featuring a 4MHz bandwidth and 4MHz gain bandwidth product. This surface mount device offers a 13V/µs slew rate and 100dB voltage gain. Operating from a dual supply voltage of 5V to 18V, it provides 70dB common mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios. With a low input bias current of 200pA and 20mA output current, this RoHS compliant amplifier is packaged in an 8-SOIC for tape and reel distribution.
