
JFET input operational amplifier featuring a 5MHz gain bandwidth product and 12V/µs slew rate. This single-channel, surface-mount device offers a 200pA input bias current and 10mV input offset voltage. Operating from a dual supply of 5V to 18V, it provides 80dB common mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios. The amplifier is housed in an 8-SOIC package, suitable for operation between 0°C and 70°C.
