High-performance operational amplifier featuring a 1MHz unity gain bandwidth and 50,000 minimum voltage gain. This single-function, voltage-feedback amplifier offers a maximum input offset voltage of 2000µV and a maximum bias current of 0.075µA. Designed for military temperature grades, it operates from -55°C to 125°C with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V. Encased in a 14-terminal, hermetically sealed ceramic dual flat package (CDFP14), it provides a 98dB common-mode reject ratio.
