Quad comparator IC featuring low power consumption and low input offset voltage (2mV). This bipolar technology component offers a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and supports dual supply voltages from ±2.5V to ±15V, or single supply from 5V to 30V. With a 16mA output current and 5µs response time, it provides 60dB common mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios. Mounting is through-hole in a 14-pin CDIP package.
