The LM139AW-MLS is a dual comparator with a maximum operating temperature of 125 degrees Celsius and a minimum operating temperature of -55 degrees Celsius. It has a 14-pin DFP package and is designed for military temperature grade applications. The comparator operates on a 5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 2mA.
