3A current mode synchronous buck regulator with adjustable output voltage from 800mV to 25.2V. Features a wide 4.5V to 36V input voltage range and up to 93% efficiency. This surface mount device operates from -40°C to 125°C and is packaged in a 20-pin HTSSOP on tape and reel. Includes a single positive output configuration and a quiescent current of 2.3mA.
