This surface-mount component is housed in a compact 8-pin VSSOP package (3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.95mm). Offers adjustable output voltage from 1.25V to 42V and a quiescent current of 1.25mA. RoHS compliant and operates within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
