1A fixed 5V output step-down voltage regulator in a TO-263-5 surface mount package. Features a wide 4V to 60V input voltage range and a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. This single-output DC/DC controller offers a 1A output current capability and operates from a 4V to 60V supply. Designed for efficient power conversion with a quiescent current of 10mA.
