
Adjustable negative voltage charge pump IC, capable of inverting, stepping up, or stepping down voltages from 1.5V to 5.5V. Features a single output with a maximum output current of 200mA and an adjustable output voltage range of -1.5V to -5.5V. Operates with supply voltages between 1.5V and 5.5V, and has a quiescent current of 1.3mA. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC for surface mounting, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
