Features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, operating at selectable frequencies of 520kHz or 1.6MHz. Offers up to 90% efficiency and a low quiescent current of 7mA. Packaged in a 5-SOT-23 surface mount configuration, suitable for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
