1-14V, voltage mode synchronous buck controller with pre-bias startup and optional clock sync. Features a 1MHz maximum switching frequency, 86% maximum duty cycle, and 1.7mA quiescent current. Designed for surface mount applications with a 14-TSSOP package, measuring 5mm x 4.4mm x 0.9mm. Operates from a 3V to 6V supply voltage and supports up to 20A output current with a positive output configuration. This lead-free, RoHS compliant component offers single-channel, single-phase output and operates within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
