This surface mount integrated circuit operates with a 2.8V to 5.5V input voltage and delivers up to 5.1V output voltage. The driver supports a 0.7 MHz to 1.3 MHz operating frequency and includes time-out protection. Designed for capacitive touchscreen applications, it operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is RoHS compliant.
