Surface mount DC/DC controller and regulator featuring a charge pump and boost topology. Operates with a minimum input voltage of 2.7V and a maximum of 5.5V, delivering a fixed 3.8V output voltage. Supports analog and PWM dimming with four output segments, each capable of 20mA, for a total output current of 80mA. Achieves up to 80% efficiency at a 515kHz switching frequency. Packaged in a 14-pin PBGA/CSP for tape and reel distribution.
