Synchronous buck regulator offering a 1.2V fixed output voltage and up to 2A output current. Features a wide input voltage range from 2.85V to 5.5V and operates at selectable frequencies of 500kHz or 1500kHz. Achieves up to 88% efficiency with a low quiescent current of 850uA. Packaged in a compact 14-pin HTSSOP with dimensions of 5mm (L) x 4.4mm (W) x 0.9mm (H). Suitable for surface mount applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
