50-mA, 5-V fixed output linear voltage regulator featuring a low 200-mV dropout voltage and 60-V maximum input voltage. This device offers 2% output voltage accuracy and a low quiescent current of 15 µA, with a maximum supply current of 2.5 mA. Designed for surface mounting in an 8-SOIC package, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and includes reverse voltage protection. The positive output configuration provides a 50-mA output current with a 60-dB power supply rejection ratio.
