3V fixed positive LDO regulator with 0.4V dropout voltage, delivering up to 50mA output current. Features a 2% accuracy, 40V maximum input voltage, and operates from 4V to 40V. This surface mount device, packaged in TO-261-4 (SOT-223), offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and a low quiescent current of 15µA. Includes 60dB PSRR and is supplied on tape and reel.
