Ultra-low quiescent current LDO voltage regulator with a fixed 3V output. Features a 50mA maximum output current and a low 200mV dropout voltage. Operates from a maximum input voltage of 40V with a typical quiescent current of 20µA. Packaged in a TO-92 through-hole mount, this positive voltage regulator offers 3% accuracy and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Includes 60dB PSRR and is RoHS compliant.
