Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range, with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V. Packaged in a compact 5-DSBGA (1.49mm x 1.11mm x 0.27mm) for surface mount applications. Operating temperature range is -30°C to 85°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
