Boost regulator IC featuring a wide 3.1V to 40V input voltage range and 1.35A output current. This non-synchronous, current-mode controller supports adjustable output voltages from 3.1V up to 80V, with a maximum duty cycle of 90% and up to 90% efficiency. Packaged in a 16-TSSOP (4.4mm W x 5mm L x 1.2mm H) for surface mounting, it operates from -40°C to 125°C. The device is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
