Features a wide input voltage range of 6V to 95V, suitable for switching regulator applications. Housed in an 8-pin WSON EP package with a 4mm x 4mm footprint and 0.8mm maximum height, designed for surface mount assembly. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
