
Surface mount current mode PWM controller featuring a 1.5A output current and dual outputs. Operates at selectable frequencies of 200kHz or 600kHz with a maximum duty cycle of 49%. This non-isolated, push-pull topology controller offers a 1.25V reference voltage and a nominal input voltage of 90V. Encased in a 10-pin VSSOP package, it functions across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
