Operates from a 9V to 14V supply, offering TTL input logic compatibility. Surface-mount HSOP EP package with 8 gull-wing leads, 1.27mm pitch, and exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C with typical turn-on/off delay times of 4ns.
