The LM90CIMM is a digital humidity sensor with an 11-bit resolution, operating on a 3.3V supply voltage and consuming 1.7mA of quiescent current. It is packaged in a VSSOP package and is suitable for surface mount applications. The sensor is rated to operate over a temperature range of 0°C to 125°C. It is not RoHS compliant.
