Digital temperature sensor with ±0.5°C accuracy, operating from -55°C to 150°C. Features an I2C/SMBus interface and a 13-bit resolution (12-bit effective). Surface mountable in an 8-SOIC package, it supports supply voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V. Includes an alert function and a low quiescent current of 625µA.
