
Quad CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 1.4MHz gain bandwidth product and 500kHz bandwidth. This general-purpose amplifier offers a low input bias current of 0.002pA and an input offset voltage of 1mV. Designed for surface mount applications in a 14-SOIC package, it operates from a 4.75V to 15.5V supply range. Each of the four amplifiers provides a 1.1V/µs slew rate and 40mA output current, with a typical supply current of 1.5mA.
