Dual micro-power rail-to-rail input CMOS comparator featuring push-pull output. Offers 75dB Common Mode Rejection Ratio and 80dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio. Input bias current is a mere 0.04pA with a maximum input current of 0.04pA. Operates from a 2.7V to 15V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 20uA supply current. Surface mountable in an 8-SOIC package, suitable for -40°C to 85°C operation.
