Dual micro-power CMOS comparator featuring rail-to-rail input and push-pull output. Operates from 2.7V to 15V supply voltage with a low 20µA supply current. Offers 75dB common mode rejection ratio and 80dB power supply rejection ratio. Input bias current is exceptionally low at 0.04pA, with a response time of 4µs. Packaged in an 8-SOIC surface mount configuration, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
