
1.5 GHz fully differential amplifier featuring a 1.5 GHz gain bandwidth product and 3800V/µs slew rate. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a 1.5mV input offset voltage and 110µA input bias current, with 15Ω input resistance. Operating from a dual supply range of 2.25V to 6V or a single supply of 4.5V to 12V, it provides 80dB common mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios. The amplifier is housed in an 8-SOIC surface mount package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C, and is RoHS compliant.
