
Single ultra-low noise, wideband operational amplifier featuring a 1.5GHz gain bandwidth product and 95MHz -3dB bandwidth. This surface mount device offers a high slew rate of 400V/µs and 100mA output current. Operating from dual supply voltages between 2.5V and 6V, or single supply from 5V to 12V, it provides 81dB voltage gain and 90dB CMRR. With a low input offset voltage of 100µV and 13µA input bias current, it is suitable for applications within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
