Single channel audio amplifier with a 250MHz unity gain bandwidth product and 260MHz gain bandwidth product. Features a 200V/µs slew rate and 64dB voltage gain. Operates with a 4.5mA supply current and 6V operating supply voltage, supporting dual supply voltages from 2.5V to 6V and single supply from 5V to 12V. Offers 70dB Common Mode Rejection Ratio and 60dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio. Packaged in a SOT-23 surface mount configuration, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
